Starting Somewhere

 I am excited to be starting off my new blog with a post about the sweater that inspired the naming of my blog! As I was struggling for a name for this blog, I stumbled across this sweater in J. Crew, not making the purchase immediately, but later receiving it as a gift from my mom! I was so excited that I finally had a concrete place to start planning. I hope you enjoy reading my many posts to come, but before I conclude my introduction, let me talk a little about myself, and my style.

I was born and raised in Ohio, but find myself whole-heartedly adoring every aspect of the southern world. I'm a big fan of Lilly Pulitzer (but who isn't?), pearls, and classy-style dress. I'm also a firm believer that navy goes with everything (Navy is a neutral, right?). I am delighted and curious to see where 2015 will take me on my blogging adventure. Here is my very first outfit debut, a J. Crew Sweater, a J.
